Privacy policy

[Business name] (“we”) operates AutoDM. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your account details: name, email and a hashed password, or your Google or Facebook name, email and picture if you sign in with them.
• For Instagram accounts, Facebook Pages and WhatsApp numbers you connect through Meta's official login or setup: the account ID, name or number and an access token, stored encrypted. We never ask for or store your Instagram or Facebook password.
• For people who message or comment on your connected accounts: the ID Meta gives them for your account (on WhatsApp, their phone number), their username or profile name where Meta provides it, and the text of messages or comments that your automations evaluate. Message text is deleted after the retention period.
• Records of the automated replies sent and whether Meta accepted them.

How we use it

Only to run the automations you configure, show you activity and leads, and keep the service secure. We do not sell data.

Retention
